Growing up, we are all faced with competition in various sports and activities- some more than others! Many of us you could say are so competitive we motivate ourselves based on our ability to stand-out.  OCMC offers students the opportunity to develop skills that make them shine amongst their peers- skills that provide an edge over the average graduate.

 As a competitive athlete and musician growing-up, the drive to motivate myself through competition was what made me tick.  As an OCMC competitor last year, I can say it was our team’s ability to carry that same drive that inspired our momentous performance.  In the business world today, it's evident that only those who stand-out are given the opportunities to work with strong organizations- and this province-wide competition lets students do just that! By competing in OCMC you can highlight your skills and show today’s business professionals what you have to offer - what a resume builder!

OCMC highlights the reality of business and shows students what it's like to be a part of a cohesive team.  No matter which college you represent, all follow the same rule ... those who work hard... play hard!!  OCMC, although a competition, is also a social experience that you'll never forget.  Parties, prizes, events and fundraisers - you get to experience all sides of business! Getting an expense paid stay for 2 days is fun; it’s even better with over 200 students from across the province - what a party!
